Refunds & cancellation.

Our services are billed monthly with no long-term contract. This policy explains how cancellation works, what refunds we offer, and what to do if you're not satisfied with our work. It applies to all clients of Social Anchor LLC.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Social Anchor engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contract. There are no cancellation fees.

How to cancel

To cancel, contact us by email at Nick@SocialAnchor.io or by phone at 318-470-2812. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive services through the end of that cycle. We will not bill you for the next cycle.

Notice period

To avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, please cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date. If you cancel within 14 days of the next billing date, that cycle may be charged and you will receive services for that cycle.

Because our services are delivered continuously across each billing cycle, monthly fees are non-refundable once the cycle has begun. We may issue a refund in the following situations:

We will respond within five business days. If your request is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Refunds processed through Stripe typically appear on your statement within five to ten additional business days, depending on your card issuer.

3. If you are not satisfied

If you are unhappy with the work we are producing, please tell us before requesting a refund or cancelling. Social media performance depends on many factors and we can almost always identify and fix what is not working. The fastest path to a good outcome is a direct conversation with us.

If you have raised a concern and we have not been able to resolve it, you may request a refund under Section 2 or cancel under Section 1.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing disputes can be resolved directly and quickly.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our site with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or by prominent notice on our site. The version in effect at the time of your charge applies to that charge.
